Your account is deleted at once. The app then asks whether you also want to delete the data stored on your phone.
By email
If you no longer have the app, write to dertriebpy@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my Psoma account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Delete some of your data and keep your account
A chat conversation: in the chat, open the history, then press and hold a conversation and tap Delete. It is removed from your phone and from our server at once, together with its summary.
A training session: open the session and tap Delete this session. Its sets go too, on every device.
Everything on this phone: Menu → Export, report, restore → Delete all data on this phone. Your account stays.
Anything else (for example all your journal entries, all your weigh-ins or your Health Connect summaries): write to dertriebpy@gmail.com from your account email and say what to delete. We delete it from the server within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted with your account
Your account and email address.
Everything synced to the server: daily and weekly entries, counters, cravings, journal, list items and activities, programmes, appointments, training plan, sessions, runs, weigh-ins and Health Connect summaries.
Your chat conversations and their summaries, and your chat usage records.
Nothing is kept on our server after deletion. Data stored only on your phone stay there until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. An early-access sign-up from this website is a separate list; ask us by email to remove it as well.
