Psoma is not an emergency service and not medical care. If you are in danger, or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number or a crisis line now.
By installing or using Psoma you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old. During early access, an account needs an invite code from us or from someone we gave one to. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
The strength and walk–run plans are general programmes for healthy adults. You exercise at your own risk. Stop any exercise that causes sharp or joint pain, chest pain, dizziness or breathlessness that does not settle, and seek medical advice.
The companion and the coach are produced by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). They can be wrong, incomplete or misunderstand you. Check anything important with a professional. Do not rely on the chat in an emergency. A daily usage limit applies to keep the service affordable.
Psoma is a paid app. The price is shown on Google Play before you buy, and payment, taxes and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms. During early access, testers are told before anything is charged. If we add a subscription, its price, period and how to cancel will be shown before you agree to it.
What you write and record in Psoma belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store, sync and process it to run the app for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Do not misuse Psoma: no attempts to access other people's data, to overload or break the service, to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Psoma is in active development. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance. We aim to keep your data safe through every change and to tell you in the app about changes that affect you. If we ever stop the service, we will give you time to export your data.
Psoma is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app or the chat. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Psoma in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Psoma and delete your data at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously breach them; you can still export your data first unless the law prevents it.
